Project Management expertise in Brasil
BEL Valves have been supporting major international oil and gas projects for over 50 years. The pre-award support that we provide to our customers combined with responsive, proactive project management of complex projects has ensured that we maintain our strong customer relationships.
Project delivery in Brasil dates back to 2001 providing solutions for surface and subsea applications for Petrobras and other international oil companies.
More often than not valves make up a relatively small part of our customer’s overall project. Potentially smaller but, never the less significant, on the critical path and often technically challenging.
That’s why at BEL Valves we provide Project Management as an integral service to our customers. We have developed our project teams to manage each project from raw material supply through to delivery.
Front end engineering support is provided throughout the process from your dedicated project team in the UK, with additional support from our specialist engineers based at our facility in Terra Preta, São Paulo state.
You will get to know the team who are responsible for your order, and with subsequent orders you will be allocated with the same team which provides a consistency of approach and a familiarity that our customers value.
Enterprise Resource Planning provides our Project Management teams with one of the tools to manage internal and external resources including assets, materials and human resources to ensure the timely delivery of our projects.
Most recently within the business we have introduced industry leading Advanced Planning and Scheduling, allowing us to react quickly to changing customer demand.
In the form of a data transfer from the business system, APS uses planned manufacturing data and material availability data and applies it to a model of the manufacturing environment which mirrors resource availability, shift patterns and resource performance factors.
APS schedules the manufacturing data to give a plan that prioritises which component operations should be worked upon, in which order and on which resource to achieve the business needs to ensure on time delivery.
